The microstructure of Anti-fog Material contains 2 function groups, one is the water-absorbing end and the other is polarization polymerization Water molecules are detached from the end. This material and the substrate (organic or inorganic) can be firmly combined to form a thin film.

Under humid air conditions, the temperature difference between instrument surface and the environment, the moisture concentration gradient, enthalpy difference between media, interface energy between instrument surface and fog bead are all important factors of surface fogging. Changing the interface energy between the instrument surface and fog beads with polar materials is one of the ways to alleviate the surface fogging, and it is also the effective motivation of the synthetic material.

The change of temperature difference makes transparent materials easy to fog in the process of use, such as glasses lens fog, which affects people's life and work. Coating a layer of Anti-fog material on the surface of transparent substrate is a relatively simple, convenient and effective way to solve the problem of fog.

The Anti-fog materials produced by ATS can be widely used in the Anti-fog treatment of building surface, car body, road sign, fence, bathroom, kitchen and other fields, as well as glass and other substrates, effectively preventing and avoiding water mist condensation.
